Dr. Foerster is the Brent Snowcroft Professor of National Security Studies at the U.S. Air Force Academy and at the Eisenhower Center for Space and Defense Studies. A graduate of USAF Academy, he earned his Ph.D. in politics and strategic studies from Oxford University and master’s degrees in international relations from Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, Tufts University, and in public administration from American University. He did his post-doctorate fellowship in national security at the JFK School of Government, Harvard University.
